How Can YOU Benefit From Coaching?
You will gain clarity and focus so that you know precisely where you're headed in the future.
You will begin your coaching journey by clarifying where you are right now in your professional life and where you want to be in 12 months. Achieving clarity for both your current state (where you are right now) and your future state (where you want to be) is absolutely essential to making the coaching process successful.
You and your coach will create a detailed, actionable, and attainable implementation plan to help you clearly see the path from where you are today to where you want to be in 12 months. We understand that sometimes your goals change or you need to move at a pace that is different from the pace with which you started, so don't worry. Your implementation plan is meant to be flexible so that it continually meets your needs and still pushes you along the path to your goals.
A hallmark of any effective coaching program is accountability. All too often, people fail to reach their goals, because they don't have anyone to hold them accountable. The benefit of working with a coach is that your coach is an objective element in the coaching process and will challenge you to overcome obstacles, to stop making excuses, and to get on with your plan, thereby making success much more likely!
Coaching without results is just a waste of time. If you are clear about your current and desired states and you commit to following your implementation plan, then results should follow. Achieving results is ultimately your job, but your coach is there to provide on-going support, motivation, clarity, and accountability throughout your coaching journey.
How Does Coaching Work?
One important benefit of the PCS coaching program is that coaching takes place when it's convenient for you. Each month, you will have a 60-minute coaching phone call during which Lynne will check on your progress, hold you accountable for action that still needs to be taken to keep you on track, provide support, answer questions, and challenge you to overcome obstacles to your success.
The group coaching call is a 60-minute call designed to focus all business leaders who are participating in the coaching program on the process and on using the implementation plan which will ultimately help all of you shift from where you currently are to where you want to be. Throughout each month, you can submit questions via e-mail that you would like answered, and these questions will be answered during the group coaching call so that all participants can benefit from each others' questions.
The Timely Topic call is a 60-minute call during which all business leaders who are participating in the coaching program will learn more about specific topics that are critical to their success. Past topics have included improving one's self-awareness, using social intelligence to create strong working relationships, creating a high-performing organization, and managing others' performance.
In order for coaching to be success, we recognize that timely feedback and information is important. Therefore, you will have weekly e-mail access to your coach.
assessments and questionnaires
Throughout our coaching partnership, you will be asked to complete a variety of assessments and questionnaires that will help us learn more about you, your goals, etc. The information you provide will be used to help you get the most from your coaching experience; thus, honest and complete information is always best.
